Rachel Chapman Associate Director

Rachel Chapman – newly Appointed Associate Director

Official Welcome by Lex Barnett, Director

Welcoming a new partner into TBB is always a special event. In its 40 year history, there have only been eight partners in the practice, including the four current partners, Bill Burrell, Lex Barnett, Ben De Marchi and Samantha Thompson.

We are delighted to announce that Rachel Chapman became TBB’s newest partner on July 1st this year. Rachel has been with TBB for six years and has already been a pivotal part of our broader leadership group for much of that time. She manages some of our most substantial land development projects, such as Lakelands, Mandurah, Two Rocks and Lancelin South, as well as much of our north west regional work.

While Rachel will maintain her role in her key projects, she will now bring a new dimension to the management of the partnership, enriching the pool of diverse ideas and talents of the existing partners.
