Dunsborough mixed use approval

TBB was pleased to deliver this approval for a three storey mixed use development in the Dunsborough Town Centre.

On the edge of the Dugalup Brook, the development takes in views of both the brook and the Dunsborough foreshore.

The Dunsborough Town Centre has been the subject of recent development interest, community interest and is in the midst of a changing planning framework. TBB, working with DMG Architecture, successfully navigated this challenging context and the changing planning framework and received unanimous approval from the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel in March 2023.

This is our third development mixed use development approval in Dunsborough in the last three years and we look forward to seeing these developments come to fruition.
