TBB was thrilled to once again support the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) 2023 Awards for Excellence as a category sponsor for Masterplanned Development.
TBB was proud to be the Planner on two winning projects at the 2023 Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Awards for Excellence.
Boutique Development: Congratulations to DevelopmentWA’s Salt Lane at Shoreline. TBB worked closely with DevelopmentWA and the wider project team in masterplanning this development.
Masterplanned Communities: We were very pleased to see our client Curtin University take home the win for the Exchange Precinct, with Samantha Thompson presenting the award. TBB provided statutory planning and achieved development approvals for the four buildings in the precinct.
Another great night from UDIA WA recognising the amazing projects delivered by the industry. Also shout out to Lex Barnett, who was one of the judges for this year's awards. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees.
